First Aid Training for Firefighters from Atayalvaç SHMYO

Süleyman Demirel University Atayalvaç Vocational School of Health Services continues to combine theoretical education with field practice. As part of the “Advanced Life Support Practices II” course, First and Emergency Aid Program students provided hands-on first aid training to the staff of the Yalvaç Municipality Fire Department.

In the training, carried out under the coordination of our Adjunct Lecturer Mustafa Kutlu and our First and Emergency Aid Program students, the goal was to enable firefighters to perform life-saving interventions more quickly and knowledgeably in emergencies such as accidents and fires. Our students gained experience by sharing what they learned in class with a professional team.

Yalvaç Mayor Mustafa Kodal, who closely followed and supported the training program, emphasized that this contribution to the professional skills of the fire department staff was highly valuable.

As Atayalvaç SHMYO, we will continue to develop projects that benefit the community in cooperation with local governments.
