Süleyman Demirel University Atayalvaç SHMYO Paramedic Team Wins 3rd Place at Gazi University Rally

Students from the First and Emergency Aid Program of Süleyman Demirel University Atayalvaç Vocational School of Health Services (SHMYO) participated in the Paramedic Rally hosted by Gazi University on May 15–16. Among 32 competing teams, the SDU Atayalvaç SHMYO team earned 3rd place in the "In-Vehicle Traffic Accident" scenario with their impressive performance.

Under the mentorship of Lecturers Mahsum Aruti and Berna Sertgöz, the team demonstrated strong technical knowledge and hands-on skills. Prior to the competition, the students paid a meaningful visit to Anıtkabir, the mausoleum of Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, the founder of the Turkish Republic, highlighting their respect for national values.

The competition, designed to enhance paramedic students' knowledge, skills, and teamwork abilities, once again showcased SDU Atayalvaç SHMYO’s solid educational foundation in the field of emergency healthcare
